From the first phone call, we gather referral information, help you organize records, and begin insurance benefit checks in a clear, stepwise manner. You are guided through required forms, documentation, and scheduling so that each step feels organized and predictable.

During visits, patient support staff help create a calm, respectful environment, whether you come alone or with family. They pay close attention to cultural preferences, modesty concerns, and privacy needs, particularly for women and pediatric clients. After your prosthesis is delivered, they remain available to coordinate follow-up appointments, answer practical care questions, and assist with any insurance inquiries.
